The team name will be that of the skip unless otherwise requested. If alternate curler(s) are listed, the average age will be determined by the four youngest members. Entries will be accepted on a first-received basis of fully paid entries with complete information (including DOB). Upon receipt of 64 entries, additional entries will be placed on a waiting list.

Hotel
The event hotel is the Marriott – Milwaukee West located at W231 N1600 Corporate Court, Waukesha, WI 53186. This hotel is located between the two curling clubs just off the I-94. The room rate is $109 per room per night double occupancy with two queen beds. Curlers should contact the hotel directly at 262-574-0888 or www.marriott.com/mkemw and ask for the US Senior Men’s Curling Association room rate. You will need to reserve a room by early January to get this discounted rate.
