School Physical Education Opportunities

Curling has been successfully integrated into the Physical Education classes for many local schools. Group curling instruction is most appropriate for Middle and Hige school students. Classes of 40 students can be accomodated at one time. Due to the number of volunteer instructors required, scheduling must be done well in advance. For more information contact

Corporate Team Building Opportunities

Get your team together and learn how to curl! Then, enjoy some time to socialize using the off ice facilities. Times are generally available weekday afternoons with additional times subject to availability. Instruction and equipment is provided as a part of the group fee. CURLING GROUPS – BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT KMCC

 Events Participant Required Waiver: 1 per person 

WAIVER: Must be signed for each participant before going on the ice.

FOOTWEAR: Clean shoes should be brought to the club if possible. Flat bottomed athletic shoes are best.

CLOTHING: Wear layers of loose fitting clothing. Gloves are recommended.TEMPERATURE: Temperature in the ice house is around 40 degrees.  During initial instruction, there will not be much movement. Dress appropriately. You can always shed layers if necessary.EQUIPMENT: The club has a supply of brooms for you to use. Sliding devices are also available to help you deliver the rocks. No drinks are allowed on the ice.

Cell phones are not allowed on the ice for school groups.
